An initiative adopted by the Government of Ghana in 2011 captured in the 2012 Budget of Ghana Page 24,paragraph 107 and is executed under a Public Private Partnership with the Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Finance,widely acclaimed by the World Bank and other Global Partners. The Center won the ideas 2012 Award instituted by Legacy and Legacy and was ranked as part of an entrepreneurial revolution with its CEO ranked as one of the youngest enterprising youth in the world by the Global Entrepreneurship Summer School,Munich( the Official project of the UN Decade for Sustainable Development) amongst others.
